About us
We file the Indonesia arrival card on behalf of travellers who would rather not do it themselves. That is the whole business. This page says who we are and how to reach us, so you never have to guess who took your money.

What we do
You give us eight details from your passport and boarding pass. We submit them to Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi through the official arrival card system and return the QR code it issues, along with a status page you can reopen with your transaction ID.
That is the entire service. We do not handle visas, we do not represent you to immigration, and we cannot influence any decision made about you at the border.
What we are not
We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi. The official arrival card is free, and you can file it yourself at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id at no cost.
What you pay us for is the convenience of not doing that: one short form, in your language, with the result delivered back to you. If that is not worth Rp 10.000 to you, file it yourself — we would rather say so plainly than have you find out afterwards.
Reaching a person
Write to hello@arrivalindonesia.com. Include your transaction ID if you have one, since it is what lets us find your filing.
